I help you map and change your state — both your static patterns (Enneagram) and your dynamic states (nervous system). This State Mapping gives you a real-time understanding of how you show up, what triggers you, and what resources you have access to in any given moment.
Through 1:1 coaching, group leadership circles, breathwork, and AI-enhanced reflection tools, we expand the space between stimulus and response — so you can lead from choice, not reaction.

Individual coaching helps you change the underlying context driving your leadership and life. We start by mapping what's going on; your personality type (using Enneagram), topics you want to look at, as well as nervous system states. And then use parts work and functional breathwork to build capacity around the change you want to see.
This work gets done in 3, 6 or 12 month packages.

Over 15+ years, I've scaled B2B SaaS companies across PLG, sales-assist, and direct motions — from Series A through post-IPO. I was Dropbox's top-performing sales leader globally for 7 consecutive years, hitting quota 27 quarters in a row, and had an early career at Google and American Express.
But speed without awareness of our internal pre-programmed patterns creates overload. I did the above while feeling constant fear, life felt like being on knife's edge. The accumulated stress turned into a severe burnout. Only by facing one hard thing after another over the course of 5 years did I start to find capacity, life force and joy again.
That's why I now work with senior technology leaders and founders to prevent or recover from burnout by using Capacity Coaching, Breathwork and Leadership Circles — exposing what's blocking capacity and expanding the space in between.
I'm a certified Conscious Leadership coach, Functional Breathwork, Enneagram and Yoga (200hrs) teacher; and trained in Parts Work (IFS), and Freediving (AIDA3). I combine an operator's systems-thinking with deep somatic and psychological methods to help you build lasting capacity.
